Good morning, little learners! Today is a special day because it's your very first day of school! Can you feel the excitement in the air? We are going to have so much fun together, make new friends, and learn many wonderful things!

🎨 Fun Activity: "My School Adventure Map"

Let’s start our day with a creative activity! We are going to make our very own School Adventure Map! Here’s how we’ll do it:

Get Comfortable: Find a cozy spot on the carpet or at your table, and grab some colorful crayons, markers, or colored pencils.
Draw Your Map:
- First, draw the front door of our school. What does it look like? Is it red, blue, or maybe a rainbow?
- Next, add some exciting places you might visit today! Maybe a big playground, a sunny classroom, or a cozy reading corner.
- Don’t forget to add your friends and your teachers who will be with you on this adventure!
Share Your Map: After everyone is done, we’ll sit in a circle and each of you can share what you drew. Tell us about your favorite place in school and what you are most excited to do!

🎤 Story Time:

After our map activity, we’ll gather around for a fun story! We’ll read “The Kissing Hand” by Audrey Penn. This story is about a little raccoon who learns that school can be a great adventure, even if it feels a little scary at first.

🌟 Closing Circle:

At the end of the day, we’ll sit together and talk about our favorite moments. What made you smile? What new thing did you learn? Always remember, it’s okay to feel a little nervous; we are all here together to help each other!
