First, let’s gather in our circle and listen closely. I have a special story to share with you about Sammy the Shape Detective!
Once upon a time in Shapeville, there was a friendly little detective named Sammy. Sammy loved shapes more than anything else in the world! One sunny day, while walking through the park, Sammy decided to go on a shape hunt.
As he walked, he saw a circle in the sun — it was a shining balloon floating high in the sky. “Wow! That’s a perfect circle!” he exclaimed.
Then, Sammy spotted a square near the picnic area — it was a lovely blanket laid out for a family picnic. “Look at that square! It’s just like a box!” he said with excitement.
Finally, as Sammy was about to head home, he saw a funny-shaped object. “What is that?” he wondered. It was a triangle! It was the peak of a pyramid made of toy blocks. “Shapes are everywhere!” Sammy shouted joyfully.
Now, let’s get our bodies moving! Everyone, stand up and let’s create shapes with our bodies!
