Gather around in a circle on the floor. I have brought a special jar today. This jar is called the Envy Jar!
I want each of you to think of something that you have seen someone else have or do that made you feel a little envious. Maybe it was a friend's cool new toy, or how someone can do a handstand when you can't.
But instead of saying it out loud, I want you to imagine putting that feeling of envy into the jar. You can even pretend to toss in a piece of paper that says what you are feeling.
After everyone has had a turn, let’s talk about what we put in the Envy Jar.
