Our "Fitness Olympics" consist of five different challenges, each representing one of the components of fitness. Your task is to work with your team to complete each challenge successfully, earning points along the way. The team with the most points at the end of the game will be crowned the "Fitness Olympics" champions!
In this challenge, your team will compete in a relay race, passing a baton between team members. The first team to complete the race wins the most points.
For this challenge, your team will perform a series of resistance exercises, such as push-ups and squats. The team with the most repetitions completed within a given time period wins the most points.
In this challenge, your team will hold a plank position for as long as possible. The team with the longest cumulative time held wins the most points.
For this challenge, your team will perform a series of stretching exercises, aiming to touch their toes while seated on the floor. The team with the most members who can touch their toes wins the most points.
In our final challenge, your team will measure and compare each member's body mass index (BMI). The team with the lowest average BMI wins the most points.
Now that you've experienced the "Fitness Olympics," you have a better understanding of the components of fitness and how they apply to various physical activities. Remember, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it's essential to incorporate all five components of fitness into your daily routine. Keep up the good work!
