   • Show a treasure chest (this can be a decorated box or any container). Inside, place some colourful flashcards with letters and images of simple words (like cat, dog, sun).
   • Invite the students to guess what the treasures are by sounding out the letters together.

3. Spelling Challenge:

   • Once they have guessed a few words, explain that each of them will get to pick a word from the treasure chest. They will then learn how to spell their words using fun games and activities.
